Project 365 lost and found

… Jan *  in full swing

… Feb * I pretty much had a migraine every single day

… Mar * so busy playing catch up in work and life – pictures were scarce and time to upload them was worse

… April * so out of habbit, but wanting to start again

I was trying to take a photo a day and when I could not (I litterally could not see from the migraines and high blood sugar) and I thought I ruined it and would have to abandon the project .  But why?  I am doing this for myself, I didn’t comit to a group or anything… sometimes there is more than one photo I want to show… I can’t beat myself up when I’m too sick…  Why am I making all these rules for myself?  So I’ve decided to spend Sunday uploading the photos that I’ve taken and continue on…

knit project 2: cuddle bunny

I’m so crazy excited about finishing my second knitting project.  It was in the ‘easy’ section of lion brand patterns, but it was still somewhat challenging for me because I tried out things I had never done before like increasing, yarning over, attaching (ears), reading a pattern, etc.  It came out great I think, considering I substituted the yarn.

I’m not sure if I want to add the face or not… I kinda like it plain, but the face is cute too (see it here).  What do you think – add the face or not?

beach run

Taking advantage of the high 70s temp today, we took the Jeep out on the beach for a quick run before dinner.  We headed out the South Jetty and went down about 6 miles, before turning around and heading back.  About 4 miles down there was a huge patch of crushed shells that the surf was bringing up on shore.  What was intiquing was the pattern they were laying in.  The ocean was depositing them in strips.
