I was frozen… well my blog was frozen. I tweeked the wrong setting and before I knew it, I hit save and I’ve been unable to post or edit for a week!! I was freaking out, even started the blog again, but thankfully someone on the wordpress help forum saved the day! I’m so glad I backed up my blog, or I would be super sad!
Stop what you are doing right now and back up your stuff and set it on your calendar. We all forget and when it’s too late….. well you know how that goes.
A change was needed

Hey, what do you think of the new digs? I put this new theme up just now, but I’m still tweeking it – so if stuff is funky, hang in there, it will get fixed.
One thing I probably wont do is go back and resize my photos… sorry folks, just too much work, so you will have to put up with them stretching into the side bar. Any new uploads will look better, I promise. maybe, lol.

Reading on the topic of getting blogs noticed, art noticed, etc. I keep seeing ‘join Twitter‘ over and over. So I did. If you aren’t already tweeting on Twitter, you might not know what it is…
It’s basically ‘micro-blogging’…. you post what you are doing at any given minute of the day, or where you are browsing on the internet, etc. Other Twitter members “follow” you, generating interest in what you are doing. (Tweeting is their cute term for posting)
Hmm…. for most times it’s hard to come up with a normal blog post that might appeal to more than one person, so I’m not convinced that following me around my day and hearing when I eat cereal will be much fun, LOL. On the upside though … you can ‘tweet’ from your cell phone, so when you do have something ingenious to share… it can be done on the fly and you don’t have to log onto your computer.
So…. if you want to know all the little details of my life….
My server crashed…. starting again.

On Friday, Nov. 16th, my server crashed. It was not a software issue, the hardware (the computer itself) bit the big one. I’m lucky because my store was backed up, so I didn’t loose my shop, but my new blog that was only a few days old, it lost forever. I have rebuild it today, so if you are reading this, and looks weird, and changes from moment to moment, it’s just me, bringing in the old posts from my old blog, setting up the graphics, setting up categories, etc. It probably won’t be complete till tonight.
The bad news is also this…. the posts I created here on my new blog and the nice comments from all of you so far, are lost for good. Rats.
OK… off to get this bad boy work’n again!
