Do you accept PayPal?
You betcha! After shopping you will complete the 'check-out' process. It will give you payment options and PayPal is one of them. If you need help, email help@collective-artwerx.com and I'll get back to you in a jiffy.  I also accept Visa and Mastercard, directly at checkout - without PayPal.

What about shipping? How fast, etc?

Since moving to my new site, with my new shopping cart - the whole process is much speedier! It generally takes 24 hrs to process your order. Depending on what time of the day I get it, I can ship out that day, or next day. If I am out of something you ordered, I'll send you a back/order notice with the rest of your items.

I use the good ol' postal service for mailing, unless it's really heavy (like a bulk purchase of dominoes). I prefer to pack up your treats in flat rate priority, but if it's bulky, I'll box it up.

Sometimes shipping outside of the USA can be spendier - I'll contact you if it's way more than we expected, but usually I just cover it myself, if it's only a buck or two difference. On the same token, if your paying a buck or two more than it actually costs, I usually throw in a freebie and put that money in the postage kitty to use on our foreign friends. :)

I live locally, can I pick my order up?
If you are living in or around Florence, OR you sure can. When your order is complete, I'll call you to arrange a time to pick up your order, so you don't have to pay shipping charges.

What if an item is out of stock?
If I have already placed a re-order, then I'll back-order your item, and send it to you when it arrives, without additional shipping charges. If it's something that I ran out of and I haven't ordered it, I will most likely just drop that item off your order.

Do you ship internationaly? (outside of the USA)

Yes, I sure do! Please note that I will not send First Class to Australia - too many packages have been lost, with no means of filing a claim, but I will send Priority.

As of May 14, 2007, the United States Postal Service increased the prices, so regrettably, I have to increase my prices too. Here is a break down of services & charges:

Priority Mail International (approx.6-10 business days)
Available to more than 190 countries, Priority Mail International service offers 6-10 average business day delivery.

Priority Mail International will now offer the same packaging and flat-rate options available for domestic Priority Mail. The flat-rate envelope is priced at $9 for Canada and Mexico, and $11 for all other countries; and two flat-rate box options – $23 for Canada and Mexico, and $37 for all other countries.

There is a 4-pound weight limit for the Priority Mail International Flat-Rate Envelope and a 20-pound weight limit for the Priority Mail International Flat-Rate Boxes. Tracking information will be available. Limited insurance coverage is included on Priority Mail International items, with the exception of the Priority Mail International Flat-Rate Envelope, where Registered Service will be available at the mailer’s option.

First-Class Mail International (no estimated time of arrival available)

This service provides a reliable and economical means of sending correspondence (letters and postcards), documents, and merchandise weighing up to 4 pounds. Extra services, such as registered and return receipt, may be added on a country-specific basis.

How much is shipping?

As of May 2008, USPS raised the cost of postage, and regrettably I've had to go along with that, in some instances.
